Cataphoresis painting uses a varnish with innovative technical features, composed of a special polyurethane resin and ceramic nanoparticles: the result is a smooth surface, with a uniform imperceptible thickness (between 5-18 microns). The procedure consists in the immersion of the jewellery pieces in a tank (containing the paint), connected to the negative pole of an electric generator, where electrodes connected to the positive pole are also immersed.The electric field and the electrochemical phenomena that develop determine the coating on the piece and the solidification of the paint, which is then polymerised in an oven, ensuring high protection for a long time against chemical agents and other types of dangers.
Each MIZAR ring is normally available in four standard sizes 12/14/16/18. The most requested size is the 14, which we consider standard. To discover your size take a ring that suits you and measure its diameter by drawing the inner circumference in a sheet.
