Discover the brightness of gold made unique by our combination of colours and the cataphoresis process; We use ancient craftsmanship techniques mixed with modern finishing technologies to give our jewels wonderful contrasts and mesmerising finishes. Like this, we are able to offer you shiny glossy gold, a satin look that recalls velvet, and a full colour range rich in details as you like it.
Cataphoresis painting uses a varnish with innovative technical features, composed of a special polyurethane resin and ceramic nanoparticles: the result is a smooth surface, with a uniform imperceptible thickness (between 5-18 microns). The procedure consists in the immersion of the jewellery pieces in a tank (containing the paint), connected to the negative pole of an electric generator, where electrodes connected to the positive pole are also immersed. The electric field and the electrochemical phenomena that develop determine the coating on the piece and the solidification of the paint, which is then polymerised in an oven, ensuring high protection for a long time against chemical agents and other types of dangers.
